How flexible is this cable, say compared to ...

How flexible is this cable, say compared to Belden 1505F flexible cable? Is it suitable for use for a handheld/shoulder mount wired camera such as for sideline use or an on-stage /pit camera that can't be wireless.

The Roland SDI cable I would say is pretty flexible compared to most SDI cables. But compared to the Belden 1505F, the Belden cable is more flexible.
