Does it work for ProRes 422 HQ in blackmagic pocket 4k?
While not an approved card, I still own four of these 64GB Transcend cards for my Blackmagic Video Assist. I've had no issue capturing 422 HQ 4K footage from my Nikon Z6. It also works for BlackmagicRAW up to and including 5:1 compression. It will error out on 3:1 Constant Bitrate compression or Q0 Constant Quality compression; everything else lower than these two compressions is tried and tested extensively for me without issue recording or playing back on the device itself.

Will these cards work recording 4K video at 400mpbs on gh5?
Yes sir! 400mbps can be translated to MB/s by simply dividing by 8. So, 400mbps divided by 8 = 50MB/s. This tells us that you need a card which will always write at least 50MB/s in order to sustain the highest 4K recording capabilities of the GH5. Now, since this Transcend card is rated as V90, that means it will always write at least 90MB/s...however...it is labeled to go as high as 185MB/s. Long story short, you've got room to spare on this card my friend!
