Use the ProTactic Lens Exchange 100 AW from Lowepro to hold a standard and an ultra-wide zoom lens. The dual-compartment design allows you to temporarily hold two lenses during an exchange, allowing you to change out a lens with one hand. An easy-grip main handle, attached to the zipper closure, allows for a smooth single-handed operation. Carry this bag via the removable, adjustable shoulder strap, or attach it to a ProTactic backpack or belt, thanks to the SlipLock-compatible design. Additionally, when the weather gets nasty, you can pull out the AW (All Weather) cover.

Lowepro ProTactic Lens Exchange Reviews
Unique and Useful
I looked at this and wondered if it would truly do the deed. When you slip in a lens you think that there is no way that I can swap this out for a large zoom with its shade intact. But you can. I have a beautiful 50mm AIS f/1.4 lens on my camera and inside this I placed an AF 24-120mm zoom (with its huge 4' and a dash lens hood) inside this while taking out my 55mm and it worked well, no fumbling or fear of dropping anything. What makes it all work, in my mind anyway, is that handle being attached to the dual zippers. It unzips fully to thwe bottom of the case and the pocket inside expands to welcome your lens inside. Simple but genius. When it opens up it is huge. What a working area! It really doesn't look like it would work for any real large lens but then you are only using it to hold one lens at a time. It will carry 2 small lenses if you choose to use it as a dual lens bag. I have a 135mm AIS lens and I can use this to hold that and my 50mm but not this zoom with another lens.
Not quite big enough
I agree with others about the size of this. Just purchased a Nikon Z 70-200 f2.8 S. It won't work at all with the hood in place in the travel position, and without a hood, it slides in but right, The lens is too tall so while it fits in the case you can't latch it. All this case needs is about a half inch bigger and a half inch taller. So close yet too far. Great idea. Poor execution.
