I used this clamp-on adapter to mount my Tilta MB-T12 matte box to Cooke S4 lenses, which have a 110mm outer diameter. Worked with no problems. As with all Tilta backs (and the comparable items from Arri and Bright Tangerine), it can be attached without tools, which is great.

Got this to fit on a Cooke S4i. It fit perfectly. Nice clamp on adapter to add to the set that already comes with the MB-T12 Kit .
