Maximum throw distance is 15m, but how close can the front be before driver integration and directionality compromises performance? Is 10 - 12 ft too close?
Asked by: David
For all of the C211, The Horn is aimed down 10° and the system sums at about 3’ feet between the Woofer and Horn. The C221, C222, C222HP use a dual dissimilar technology that beams the HF downwards as required for commercial cinemas with stadium seating. I would not recommended these for home installs(with Limited Height) if the seats are not within the -20° angle of the horn.

It looks like the C221 is side-ported. How much space is required between them in an LCR configuration for the ports to work as designed?
Asked by: David
The Ports sum with the LF almost in place. As long as the ports are not obstructed, there shouldn’t be an issue.
