Will this work for a sony a6000 and a PW Plus X model? Thanks
Asked by: Íosac
Hi Íosac - The S-VPR1-ACC cable is officially compatible with Plus III and MultiMAX radios (with current firmware). We recommend a different cable for the PlusX - the 13369-S remote camera cable: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1481561-REG/pocketwizard_13369_sony_remote_camera_cable_for.html The 13369-Sony cable will work with any PocketWizard radio and has the added benefit of a USB connector which enables you to connect to an external power source to power your remote camera. Power source can be purchased separately.

The S-VPR1-ACC cable is fully compatible with the Plus III and the MultiMAX radios but not officially compatible with the Plus II. It may work if the camera stays awake. You can try setting the camera's sleep timer to longer than the default. We recommend the 13369-S remote camera cable for a Plus II: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1481561-REG/pocketwizard_13369_sony_remote_camera_cable_for.html This cable will work with any PocketWizard radio and also has a USB connector which lets you to connect to an external power source to power your remote camera. Power source can be purchased separately.
