Included with this Basic plan is guaranteed service for repairs within 3-5 business days, 2-day shipping for repairs at the SquareTrade repair center, and, if the camera cannot be repaired, SquareTrade's fulfillment team will offer an alternate resolution. This coverage is only valid in the USA.
