The IDX 2 x 96Wh 14.4V Li-Ion Battery Kit with D-Tap Advanced Battery Charger is a B&H kit that provides you with two 96Wh BP-U-type batteries and a battery charger. Each battery features a D-Tap Advanced port that can provide power for accessories or can be used to charge the battery via the included D-Tap Advanced charger.

The 2A charger allows you to charge just one battery at a time. It provides charge only to the D-Tap Advanced port and will not, in the course of normal use, fit into a standard D-Tap port. It monitors the cells in your battery and can charge at an accelerated rate compared to a trickle charger.
