Wonderful and Needed Lens Hood

I purchased the Leica M 11 a couple of months ago and quickly decided that Voigtlander lenses would not only be more economical but lighter and just as good as the Leica's. Out of the 10 lenses lenses that I bought, only two came without lens hood. and while I tried out several advertised on Amazon, they either didn't fit or totally destroyed the look of the camera and lens. Luckily, I found the LH-8 and 10 hoods. They fit perfectly and enhance the lens. I recommend them without hesitation.

This hood will not interfere with the metering of the VC II meter. Mounted on an M3 or any other camera.

No, the Voigtlander LH-10 Lens Hood is is not designed for use with either the Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.5 Aspherical Lens or the Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.5 Aspherical II MC Lens. As an alternative, the Voigtlander LH-6 Lens Hood for 35mm f/1.4 & 40mm f/1.4 Nokton Lens, B&H # VOLH6 • MFR # BD227A, would instead be the correct lens hood for use with the aforementioned lenses.
