Almost unbelievably simple and effective

Finally made the jump from DSLR to mirrorless. But what to do with my collection of EF glass? Knowing how Canon likes to make things difficult sometimes, I had my doubts that this adapter would offer a seamless experience, but indeed it does. All of my EF lenses, even the oldest ones, "just work" with my new R6mii—autofocus is quick and sharp, in-lens stabilization is reflected in the camera's display, and pictures come out exactly as I had come to expect with my older camera. There's a fancier model of this adapter that adds another control ring, but I haven't missed having that option. If anything, keeping the adapter simple makes it easier to use and helps me wrap my mind around learning all that's different with the new body.
