No, the Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R is used to adapt EF-lenses to Canon RF cameras. Unfortunately, there is no way to mount EF-M lenses on Canon RF cameras.

ABSOLUTLEY NOT! On multiple lenses from 16-35mm ef to my 400mm f2.8. I bought 2 since I have a lot of L series Ef lenses!
Image quality up to 24-36 enlargement does not seem affected.

This adapter is meant to be used with Canon "EF" and "EF-S" mount lenses, including third party lenses (Sigma, Tamron etc.).
FYI - "E" mount is associated with Sony's mirrorless l cameras.

Will this Adapter be compatible with the R5 R6 & EF L lenses?
Yes, I use it on an EOS and it works great. Canon also makes additional adapters for EF lease on the EOS R cameras, one that adds a control dial and one that allows for drop-in filters.
