Nice accessory kit for my new V100, but...

I loved the variety of accessories, "gels", barn doors, diffusers, grid, and such but was disappointed on how poorly the magnetic attachment was to the Godox V100 I recently purchased. Alas, I soon figured out that the V100 CU model bought in a US store, has a red plastic ring on it and the magnetic attachments barely stuck to the screw heads that held the ring on. A few google searches later and I discover there's a black replacement ring ($9 on Amazon) for the Godox v100 that's fully magnetic. Replacing that, and the magnetic accessories work just fine and hold tight to the head (as expected). There's no mention in the description of the AK-R1 accessory kit to watch out for this problem.
