What is the difference from this cord (Canon 3225C001) and a regular USB-C cable?
There may or may not be a difference. Turns out there are many variations on USB-C cables. I have tried different cables with the EOS RP, and finally hit upon one that works - actually a combination of 2 cables. This is scary. I was not aware that this Canon cable existed, or I would have spent the extra money on it. Will probably still purchase this cable.
