Well made, solid clamp. I am using this for attaching an Audio Technica remote antenna pack to a speaker stand.

This clamp fastens tightly to the mic stand and doesn't move. The attachment locking nut keeps whatever is attached to the clamp firmly secure. Superior design over the one I replaced it with. Well worth the money.
