Expensive charging station

This is how Shure nickels-and-dimes you. I love the Axient system, but the entry point is steeper than you're led to believe because of stupid stuff like this. Axient mics don't take standard batteries - they require using their charging system, which doesn't come with any of the stuff, and there's no SKU for a starter kit. The charger itself requires a power supply, which doesn't come with it, but which they'll sell you at 3x the cost of equivalent units. Moreover, the form factor for the batteries changes from system to system, so I can't even use the charger from the SLX line, etc.
