Korg DS1H - Piano Half Damper Switch

It is, but it won't do half-damper, just full sustain.

We would not recommend this pedal for a Yamaha keyboard due to possible polarity mismatches. Here's a similar universal sustain pedal with a switchable polarity that should work BH #MASP2.

The Korg DS-1H will transmit Half-Damper to units that support Half-Damper input; all else will receive Full-Damper signals.

Calvinm, Your answer stated that According to the Korg D1's manual, "Using the optional damper pedal DS-1H will let you vary the amount of damper that’s applied according to how deeply you press the pedal ('half-pedaling')." The Korg DS1H would not however be recommended for use as a sustain pedal. I am confused. If DS-1H could let me vary the amount of damper, isn't that a sustain pedal, which can do half sustain? Perhaps I am confused because I thought "sustain pedal" is the same as "damper pedal", so half-pedaling means half sustain. No? Right? Or there is "half-pedaling" on DS-1H, but there is no such thing as "half sustain"?

Yes this is made by Korg. I tried to attach a picture of mine, but it didn't work. You can see the logo in the rubber just above the metal petal. I really like mine. It's a sturdy, quality item.
