Using them for Smallrig matte box step ring adapters to be always affixed to the lens. Clean look and stay stuck on without too much fight.

I needed a dust cap for a small telescope that I built. It used a 4.5 tube, which is just about exactly 114mm. These slipped right on, tight fit.

Does this cap work with the NiSi 114mm Shatter-Proof Protector Filter?
You would not be able to put this on top of a filter. It would have to be either one or the other on the lens.
