This trigger works perfectly with my 5d mk IV and 430EX III RT. ETTL works really good. The two linked up right away

not sure if the transmitters that are being sold now, are running the newest firmware, but this is worthless to me now. yongnuo/us site, only has an update from 2018, only in pc format. if someone has a workaround.....

I purchased this transmitter in order to fire my new Canon 600EXII-RT off camera from my Canon EOS R5. The transmitter easily communicated with the Canon flash and works perfectly.

All in all this unit works pretty well with my Canon flashes. Good value.

I bought this as an alternative to Canon's trigger, because it's a lot less expensive. It works and has all the functions and features of the Canon, just not as well made but almost.

They work, the company website is not ready for prime time t

I received this to control two 480EXIII-RT units. Out of the box, they work fine and I am able to trigger them in manual mode or ETTL mode. Documentation lacking. I was wondering about the IDENTITY and channel options and could not connect but I put the unit channel auto and it found both speed lights. Phew! They recommend you go to their website to upgrade the firmware and I arrived at the page for the device - to buy it not necessarily support it. It's all in Chinese that you can translate but I never figured out where this software update is. I Googled the unit number and firmware and I was taken to another 3rd party website where I could download an updater and the latest v 11 image of the code, but going to a third-party company to download the software sounds risky. The device is working though so perhaps there is no need to perform this download. The unit is pretty intuitive once you grope around the menu system. Build quality good. As long as it keeps working as it is I am happy.
