Digitize your 33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm vinyl records and listen through your stereo system with the black Denon DP-450USB Stereo Turntable. It has a USB output that enables you to rip your favorite tracks directly onto a USB flash drive in MP3 or WAV format. The turntable features an 8.66" tonearm tipped with a moving magnet (MM) cartridge and accepts optional moving coil (MC) cartridges to suit your preferences. The DP-450USB also has an RCA output with a built-in switchable equalizer, allowing you to connect it to virtually any stereo system. Denon DP-450 Reviews
Buy something else
The biggest issue is, that for some reason, the turntable will not turn off sometimes. If you turn the knob to off... the turntable continues to turn and will not shut off unless you pull the power. Also, there have been times that I have turned it on, and it will not make any sound. Again, simply unplug, plug back in, and it magically works. It seems like a software issue. I have contacted Denon about this, and the only solution is to spend nearly $100 (not refundable) to ship it to them so they can look at it. If the unit is defective, they should cover the shipping costs. One more small thing, the arm lever is way too close to the arm, and is easy to hit when lowering. This seems simple to avoid, until you hit it a couple of times. Based on the warranty requirements to ship the item to a service center (not an easy thing to do with a turntable), I'm done with Denon. I'll put up with this until it gets too annoying or just stops working and then buy something else.
Excellent turntable
Directions for setup very clear. Sound quality is up to Denon high quality standards. Records directly to stick drive in mp3 format. Excellent turntable
