This is a simple piece of equipment that is well made. Connect 1 square tubing to make a large frame for silk or blackout. You'll need at least 2 but probably 4, depending on the shape you're going to make.

Is it a rubber pad inside for friction fit, or is it a screw that goes thru the tube/pipe?
No it locks on the tube with end of t-handle
