The Optera IMM Series 12MP 360° Panoramic Dome Camera Base Module from Pelco enables you to customize your own camera by choosing the back box and dome of your choice (available separately). The camera base module combines four 3MP imagers to provide 12MP video in a 360° panoramic view. It integrates video to present a seamless user experience from setup to viewing. The dome camera controls enable you to zoom in for detail within multiple views from a VMS (Video Management System).
The camera utilizes SureVision 2.0 technology that delivers low-light performance and true WDR (Wide Dynamic Range). With WDR, antibloom technologies, 3D noise filtering, and advanced tone mapping, SureVision 2.0 enables the camera to capture high-quality images in challenging lighting conditions. The camera supports multiple streams in H.264 and MJPEG compression formats and CVBR (Constrained Variable Bit Recording) to conserve storage space and bandwidth. It provides video footage at a frame rate of up to 12.5 fps at full resolution or 30 fps at reduced resolutions. This IP camera is powered via PoE+ (Power over Ethernet Plus) to eliminate the need for separate power supplies and cabling.
The camera comes with a suite of eight Pelco video analytics functions. Pelco behaviors include Abandoned Object, Adaptive Motion, Camera Sabotage, Directional Motion, Loitering, Object Removal, and Stopped Vehicle detection, as well as Object Counting. These behaviors enable operators to focus quickly on events and areas of interest. This IMM Series IP dome camera seamlessly connects to the Pelco VideoXpert and Digital Sentry video management systems. It can be integrated with third-party video management systems through the open Pelco API, Panomersive SDK, and through the ONVIF standard.
Pelco VideoXpert requires digital sentry server operating as VideoXpert storage to support recording and playback services
