It attaches to tripods or other support devices equipped with a 3/8"-16 screw mount and features a sliding camera plate, independent pan and tilt locks, and a bubble level. Included in the package is an adjustable pan handle that extends from 15 to 23" inches in length and attaches to the side of the head.
