Sony XZ3 Overview

Capture and experience stunning quality media with the Xperia XZ3 64GB Smartphone from Sony. From the images and videos you capture, to the games you play, and the video you stream, it's all designed to look incredible on the large 6" HDR OLED display with a 1440 x 2880 QHD+ resolution. OLED and HDR provide rich contrast, deep blacks, and vibrant colors to compatible media.

When it comes to capturing media, the Xperia XZ3 offers you a 19MP rear camera and a 13MP front-facing selfie cam. The rear camera features Sony's Motion Eye technology, Exmor RS sensor, G Lens, and BIONZ processing. Together they are designed to capture accurately detailed images quickly. Snap HDR photos or videos in up to 4K quality or at a super slowed down 960 fps in 1080p. Additional AI enhancements help take the guesswork out of capturing the perfect image. For selfies, you can employ a flash for night shots or a smooth Bokeh effect for portraits that pop.

Running the Android 9.0 Pie operating system, this phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Octa-core processor (4 x 2.7 GHz Kryo 385 Gold and 4 x 1.7 GHz Kryo 385 Silver) and 4GB of RAM. You can store your HDR photos and super slow-mo videos on 64GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded via an (optional) microSD card up to 512GB in size.

This phone is unlocked and compatible with GSM/4G LTE networks. Connect to the internet and other devices with built-in Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) dual-band 2.4+5 GHz Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and Bluetooth 5.0. The Xperia XZ3 also supports NFC technology for making phone-to-phone data transfers or mobile payments.

Android 9.0 Pie
The Android operating system integrates heavily with Google's services. It's a personalized and customizable OS, allowing you to add your favorite apps or widgets to your home screen. You can even download new themes using the Google Play Store, which offers access to millions of apps, games, books, music, movies, and more. Android 9.0 Pie adds a variety of predictive capabilities, navigation changes, and digital well-being enhancements that let you take control of your Android experience. By learning how you use your phone over time, Pie will automatically adjust certain features for you, such as battery usage and display brightness. With App Actions, Pie uses what it learns to get you to your next task quickly. For example, plug in your headphones and Pie will automatically bring up your last playlist. With Dashboard and App Timers, Pie lets you see your phone usage in detail, allowing you to set timers and reminders so you can better manage the time you spend using your smartphone.
GSM / 4G LTE Wireless Connectivity
This phone is designed to work on select GSM networks and is 4G LTE capable. LTE is an advanced cellular network data protocol capable of data speeds so fast that they compete with wired broadband Internet providers. With an LTE connection, this phone should have no problem streaming HD video, downloading apps, uploading photos, or anything else that requires a high-speed data connection. The phone is also backwards compatible with 3G and 2G data for instances when you can't get LTE. In addition to cellular wireless, this phone also features Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.

North American Variant / US Compatible LTE
The Xperia XZ3 is a US variant. The Xperia XZ3's LTE radio is tuned to frequencies that are most often used in the United States and North America. It can also be used in other parts of the world; however, LTE access may be limited or unsupported, depending on the network. To ensure this phone will work with your carrier please check to make sure the frequencies your carrier uses are supported by this phone. Slim and Borderless Design
The Xperia XZ3 has been designed with a borderless look, where the slim OLED glass is pushed to the edge of the phone's frame in a 3D curved design that's meant to rest comfortably in your hand.
Smart Camera Launch
With this AI mode activated, all you have to do is hold the Xperia XZ3 up in a landscape orientation to instantly prepare your camera to take the perfect shot. A circle displays what's in front of you, and with a tap, the camera opens to take the shot.
Predictive Capture
Predictive Capture is designed to help you never miss a moment. Aim the smartphone's camera and Predictive Capture will start buffering up to four photos as it detects movement and people smiling, all without you needing to press the shutter. You can pick your favorite, or save them all.
960/120 Super Slow Motion
The rear camera is capable of capturing super slow motion videos in 1080p Full HD resolution. You can capture videos at either 960 or 120 fps, and to make your movies more dramatic, the Xperia XZ3 lets you switch between each mode.
