This headset fits a smaller head, but is not adjustable. The wire is nice and rigid, only bends slightly. Mic is only on the right side, you can not switch. There are some cheap behrgr jawns which are adjustable, but this Rode feels a bit more stable. Great usage of my existing lav mic.

Purchased this headset to use with my Rode Lavalier microphone. Works well and holds microphone in place. I use for teaching yoga inside and outside.

Will this headset mount work the Rode Lavalier II ...

Will this headset mount work the Rode Lavalier II mics that come with the Rode Wireless Pro?

The RODE LAVHS-MED Headset Mount for Lavalier Microphones is designed specifically for the Rode Lavalier and SmartLav+ microphones. The Rode Lavalier II is a different shape, and it may fit, but compatibility is not guaranteed and some ingenuity may be required.
