I only bought this to have as a spare. The metal fittings are now aluminum, rather than chome-plated brass which opens up concerns over electrolysis for those of us that have a habit of leaving our systems together. I'm not sure why Ikelite changed this... perhaps to save weight and cost. Anyway, it's just a spare, but I assume it'll work just fine. Usual great service from B+H including a great option for shipping to Canada.
