The #3 MCT38AF Monopod with Flip Locks, 3-Leg Base, and S4 Video Head from Benro is a 4.6 lb aluminum support that easily holds a camera weighing up to 8.8 lb. The four sections open via flip locks to extend the monopod to a maximum height of 73.6", and the three-leg base has a built-in ball that allows you to sway and pan to follow a subject whether you're doing fast-paced photography or capturing video. Each leg on the base has individual leg angles to accommodate uneven terrain, and when you are done, fold the legs up and collapse all the sections to a compact 29.3". Additionally, you can remove the base from the monopod to use as a table-top tripod, which can then be attached to the included S4 Video Head.
