Tripod heads, cameras, lenses, sport optics, or accessories that are compatible with a 3/8"-16 mount can be connected to the SLIK PRO DXShort Tripod. To enhance stability on a wide variety of surfaces, rubber feet are included at the end of each leg.

Needed for remote camera trap. Solid little tripod. Paired with leveling base. Can be left exposed for weeks.

Folded up it takes about as much space as a rolled magazine, but it extends to higher than you would need if shooting on a table or desk and it can also be positioned so the camera is only about five inches off the surface, depending on the height of the head you use with it. It uses clips to clamp the leg length instead of threaded collars so it is fast to alter the setup, and there are three solid notches that you can choose from to set the angle the legs lock into. Excellent piece of kit, perfect for tabletop use or to steady shots taken off the hood or roof of a car.
