When paired with a set of baby plates, a BabySitt'r essentially becomes an instant dual pigeon plate in just seconds. The spring-loaded locking system allows plates to seamlessly and securely slot into place. This is a huge time-saving upgrade from the traditional method of using a drill and hardware to mount baby plates to apple boxes. The Babsitt'r is easily one of the most slept-on pieces of grip gear I own. If your job ever involves placing anything on the ground that needs to stay safe, stable, and organized, this should already be in your kit.
The ability to drop in whatever plate you need—camera, baby pin, spud, speed rail, etc.—and have it locked securely at ground level is huge. It’s not flashy gear, but it meaningfully improves on-set safety. Instead of loose stands, plates, or adapters sitting unattended on the floor, everything has a defined, weighted, secure home.
It also helps reduce clutter. Fewer random items scattered around means fewer trip hazards and less stress when working in tight spaces.. This is a simple solution that punches way above its size and price.
There may be other products that do something similar, but I’m not aware of any that are this compact, flexible, and well-designed.

The Matthews The BabySitt'r Mini (2-Pack) is compatible with these brands of standard baby plates: Matthews, Avenger, American, Kupo, and Impact. The 3" Kupo plate is too large. This other brand will fit: the Impact 3" Baby Pin Wall Plate, BH # IMSRP115P.

Matthews The BabySitt'r Mini (2-Pack) works with most standard baby plates. The wooden plate has two different plate slot to acomadte different plate size. Therefore Impact 3" Baby Pin Wall Plate or Matthews Baby Plate - 3" would attach securely on the wooden plates.
