Bulletproof products by Chimera. For many years, I have used a variety of items made by Chimera and attest to their high quality. If even a hint of a problem, just an email or phone call to Chimera and the issue will be resolved expediently!! That is unusual in this day and age. I have no problem paying a premium price for premium quality made in America.

Does it include the rubber collar clamp portion?Photo only shows the aluminum sleeve.
This replacement ring does not include the rubber ring.
