I ordered this camera for Christmas for my daughter. Sadly it wouldn't charge up when she tried to plug it in. Contacted the return department online and they sent me a prepaid return label to print out. Within about a week we had a new camera. My daughter loves it. The ability to zoom in is amazing and with a clear picture. B and H had the best price on this model and the red color is nice. Despite the first camera having a bad battery or charging problem I would order from them again due to their no questions asked, quick substitution and quality product.

After trying many times to charge the battery, it does not charge at all. Camera functions perfectly while on power.

I like an easy to use camera. this is it. I'm in Vegas surrounded by mountains. the view from my front is beautiful. I snapped a pic and viewed it and I'll be darned if at the top of the mountain there were power lines and antennas that could not be seen by the naked eye. unbelievable, trust me i can see quite well. it's an impressive camera, I would recommend this easy to use camera!

Decent bridge camera

As a bridge camera, for the cost, it does a good job. I found that above 10x zoom you'll require a tripod.

works great for architect

I bought this camera to replace my damaged one. For years I used Kodak cameras. I use them to take photos of existing buildings before renovations. It is most of the time exteriors, and interiors with low light level. I love zoom and quality of photos. Very often I need to manipulated the image in the office to learn more about details and I was very surprised how much of improved images this camera can create compare to my previous one (which was 8 years old). I never have enough hands to do measurements of existing conditions and take photos. This camera is great, because it allows me for one hand operation. Finally, the durability is very important to me, since I carry a lot expensive equipment in my large bag during my field trips

Poor picture quality

I purchased this for my daughter for her 17th birthday. She does not like the quality and compares it to my old digital Cannon. I'm disappointed and should have chosen another option in cameras.

This was a gift for my wife, as we enjoying traveling & don't always just want photos from our phones. Shipping & packaging were good, nice package (carrier, memory card) for the price. Everything appears to be in great working order. We can't wait to take it with us & try it out!

This camera is not a bad option for beginners. It just has some outdated older technology. Something like the Canon SX540 HS is a better option.
