This download of the Silverdraft Enhanced Service & Support Agreement is available for their DemonVR, DemonVR Mini, and Demon SP systems. It enhances the 3-year parts & labor warranty for faster service. Specifically, it provides email and phone tech support with a Silverdraft engineer, a next business day response time, 'hot-swap' component replacement (the new component is shipped prior to receipt of the failed component), and express processing/turnaround and express return shipping for systems sent in for repair.
