No, these canon adapters are not sold separately . Alternatively you can purchase plastic adapters that go onto the 3 inch roll itself. They are inexpensive and can be found on eBay and redriverpaper.com

The Canon Roll Holder Set RH2-28 2" Core with 3" Adapter, B&H # CARH228, is not compatible with the Canon imagePROGRAF TC-20M; it is designed specifically for use with the imagePROGRAF TM-200, imagePROGRAF TM-240, TM-240 MFP Lm24, TM-250, TM-250 MFP Lm24, and GP-200 printers.
