The A7RIV uses the same FZ100 battery system as the A9, A7RII and A7III. It will work with the A7RIV as well. This product was released before the A7RIV, which is why it is not listed in the name.

It will not. The A6000 does not use this battery system. Instead you will need BH #LAFW50P which is the NP-FW50 style dummy battery. This is the proper dummy battery for the A6000. https://bhpho.to/2yvmZhF

It has a 2.5mm female connection. We are not able to test the combination you are asking about. It is our opinion that it will work. However, we cannot guarantee this combination and you will need to proceed on your own recognizance.
