The Advanced+ ND/PL Camera Filter Kit for Mavic 2 Pro from NiSi is designed to manipulate light in a variety of ways in order to provide you with more naturally exposed footage with higher contrast and less imperfections, such as glare and reflections. This kit includes six different filters: an ND4/PL, ND8/PL, ND16/PL, ND32/PL, Enhanced PL, and Natural Night. The filters are constructed from high-definition optical glass that's been treated by NiSi's Nano coating to help make them waterproof and easier to clean. The filters are made from lightweight aircraft aluminum that's meant to add little additional weight to the Mavic 2 Pro.
Natural Night
The Natural Night filter is designed to block light wavelengths from common sources of light pollution. This is ideal for night photography and astrophotography, in that it gives your photos a more natural and realistic look.
Enhanced PL
The Enhanced PL (polarizer) filter is specifically designed to reduce light and darken skies to increase contrast, minimize reflections, and suppress glare.
ND/PL Filters
These filters are a hybrid of ND and PL filters and designed to provide the best of both worlds. They reduce light from hitting the sensor, minimize glare and reflections, and increase in contrast in your final footage.
- ND4/PL: Reduces the amount of light entering the lens by 2 stops. Ideal for shooting at dusk or dawn, as well as on cloudy days.
- ND8/PL: Reduces the amount of light entering the lens by 3 stops. Ideal for shooting in partly cloudy conditions.
- ND16/PL: Reduces the amount of light entering the lens by 4 stops. Ideal for shooting in bright and sunny conditions.
- ND32/PL: Reduces the amount of light entering the lens by 5 stops. Ideal for shooting in extremely bright, sunlit conditions.
