It is a Universal plate modeled after the Manfrotto 577 plate system, which should make it compatible.

The Glidecam XR-2000 did not have a quick release assembly. However it was very popular to pair that Glidecam model with a 577 Rapid Connect Adapter. If you have BH #MA577 on the XR-2000, this plate will work with it. https://bhpho.to/2Tv3X3j

The Glidecam HD-4000 does not offer a quick release system. However many people would use a 577 Rapid Connect adapter with the HD-4000. If you have that product on the HD-4000, this plate will work with that.
