Identical to the original power supply. I purchased this to have a spare, functionally and visually the same as the original power supply.
I bought this to replace an ac power supply for my Atomos Sumo since nobody seems to sell the OEM Atomos version. I ran my monitor for a full week long shoot with this and had no issues. It's actually a little more compact than the Atomos version which is quite nice.
