Dell Precision 3620 Tower Overview

Power through intensive tasks, ranging from large and complex 3D, multimedia, and video projects with the Precision 3620 Tower Workstation from Dell. This system is powered by a 4.2 GHz Intel Core i7-7700K Quad-Core processor which will allow you to run multiple applications simultaneously. If more power is needed, the CPU can deliver extra performance by increasing its clock speed up to 4.5 GHz utilizing Intel's Turbo Boost 2.0 technology. There is also 16GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM that comes in a 2 x 8GB configuration and can be upgraded to 64GB by using a 16GB module in each of the four 288-pin DIMM slots.

For storage of your files, this system is equipped with a 512GB NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD. If you want to add external storage drives, optical drives, printers, memory card readers, or other peripherals, the 3620 features six 5 Gb/s USB 3.0 Type-A ports (2 front, 4 rear), four USB 2.0 Type-A ports (two front and two rear), one serial port, and two PS/2 ports. The dedicated AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 graphics card has 4GB of GDDR5 RAM and delivers a sharp, clear picture, while allowing for multiple simultaneous displays to be used via its one DisplayPort 1.4 and two Mini DisplayPort 1.4 video outputs. Whether you are listening to music, watching a movie, or playing a game, the integrated Realtek ALC3861 audio controller outputs high-definition audio and delivers higher fidelity than standard audio controllers. Network connectivity is achieved using the integrated Gigabit Ethernet port and Dell's 16x DVD±RW Drive can be used to read from and write to optical media.

Dell's Precision 3620 Tower Workstation operates using an internal 365W power supply. Includes is Dell's KB216 USB keyboard, MS116 USB mouse, and a power cord. The installed operating system is Windows 10 Pro (64-bit).

Start Menu
After its hiatus in Windows 8, the Start Menu has returned. Utilizing a combination of the traditional menu system and Windows 8's Live Tiles, the improved Start Menu gives you more information at a glance, showing notification information alongside your applications and other pinned items.
Cortana
Microsoft's digital personal assistant, Cortana, can answer your questions with information gleaned from both your device and the Internet at large. You can type or even talk with her, if your system has a microphone. Microsoft Edge

Windows Continuum
