I haven't actually bought one of these. The simple reason is that on the Fuji X-T20 (and perhaps other cameras) the ONLY way to tilt the LCD is to grab it at the bottom and pull. Unless I mistaken, this leatherette creation blocks access. Oops!

It would not. The dimensions are different with the X-E3 being smaller. The Autofocus/MF switch and lens release buttons are on different spots on the cameras so it really wouldn't work well.

Will this leather case work with the optional hand grip made by Lumix? I ask because the last picture shows the camera with the case, then the camera with the optional grip under it.

No, the MegaGear Ever Ready Genuine Leather Camera Half Case for FUJIFILM X-E4 can only be used on the Fujifilm X-E4 as it is smaller than the Fujifilm X-E2 body.
