The 1/4-20 screw for attaching cameras or other devices can only be tightened or loosened with a screwdriver, which is inconvenient. Even the smartphone mount needs a screwdriver to attach it to the tripod. With other tripods I've used, the 1/4-20 screw could be tightened or loosened by hand.
This tripod is advertized as being able to handle a maximum load of 1lb but when I put my galaxy s10 in an otterbox on it, it flops over and cannot hold its position.
