This battery is ok but doesn't keep the charge long. I needed this for a Fujifilm X=Pro 2 camera and bought two knowing I would need the extra charge on a days shoot.

How long does this take to charge with a Fujifilm charger?

If it is completely drained a couple of hours or so. For me after a day of shooting with out flash maybe a hour. They don’t last long if your using your flash. I carry 1 in the camera and three in my pack. I never gone through all in one day but a person could

If the battery is 50% discharged, does it harm the battery to charge back too 100% prior to going out shooting?

In truth, there are many accepted philosophies towards batteries and battery charging. Waiting till the battery is mostly drained before charging is widely believed to be the most effective way of preserving the battery health of lithium-ion batteries such as the Fujifilm NP-W126S battery.

According to the description, does that mean even though it works but the heat management doesn't apply to X-Pro1?

I believe it will work on the x-pro 1, but wasn't required like in newer models where heat is a concern. The emphasis on video with xh-1, xt-3 etc. seems to be where the concern and therefore the new battery. This is what I have read on the internet, so I don't know how accurate it is. I also read that 3rd party batteries can swell and cause problems in new models, but I have used Watson in older models with no problem.
