This Manfrotto-Type Quick Release Plate from CAMVATE comes with a Manfrotto-type quick release plate and clamp base plate.The quick release plate features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 built-in screws for mounting a camera.
The clamp base plate is compatible with select Manfrotto-type tripods and has multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes for mounting accessories.

While the product is heavy duty, the design isn’t feasible on a monfrotto tripod. It wasn’t smooth to slide camera on and trying to tighten it under the camera let alone the limitation to use the red knob. I had to take the camera out and turned the knob a little more tighter. The whole process took longer than necessary.
The metal is soft and the threaded holes strip easily. The ratchet on the side falls several mm below the bottom surface of the receiver so you won't be able to mount this on a surface much larger than the receiver itself. I purchased this to mount on a slider base plate that is pretty large but will have to use it elsewhere. It is currently in the spare parts box.
