For this little piece of hardware is exactly what I need it for. I am Mount my viewfinder from my FX9 on this whole using a Zacuto Graticle EYE as my primary eyepiece. This micro rod allows me to place the viewfinder securely anywhere on my camera with its threaded bottom.
