AtlasIED MSC Reviews
Awesome product but packaging item needs attention
I order the MSC Tube Assy 3 times. The first one arrived with damaged threads in the upper tube. The threads were badly damaged and could not be used (pic attached). The second one got lost in shipping (fell out of the shipping tube/cylinder. I had to get a refund and place another order for a third one. The third one arrived with threads damaged again. Luckily it wasn't as bad and was able to dress/file up the threads so it could be used. All three were shipped in a cardboard tube/cylinder with tape on each end to keep the MSC Tube in the shipping cylinder. Plastic caps on the threads (both ends) is a no brainer to protect these very fine threads. Better sealing (caps) of the cardboard tube on each end would also be a no brainer. Better protection of the threads on each end would have prevented this hassle in the first order and my review would be a 5 star. But gave 3 stars because of the issues previously mentioned. Otherwise, the product is awesome.
