The COM-40FC is a two-channel wired intercom system, consisting of a central power supply, 4 belt packs, featuring a volume control knob and call light, mic on/off and A/B channel select buttons, a branch box, and 4 dual, noise cancelling headsets with an adjustable dynamic microphone. A rugged, foam lined carrying case holds the system in place for transportation and storage.

The COM-40FC offers support of up to twenty headsets, made possible by the use of separately purchased, additional branch-box expander units, and connections are made via standard 3-pin XLR cables. I teach a Broadcast class and I thought these would be great, but to only find out that they break very easy! We have 3 broken headsets and 2 broken transmitters. I'm very disappointed on the quality. Not worth the money!!!

Great Solution for us!

We use this product in our Church so the video switcher operator can talk with all the camera operators. This does a great job at cancelling out outside noise as well.

question

can you use a xlr Y adaptor to use 2 belt backs at one place?
Asked by: Resti
An XLR Y adapter would not be recommended for these applications. There is a splitter box designed to allow you to expand the number of beltpacks https://bhpho.to/2gZ6wWW

question

How do you charge the belt packs?
Asked by: Anonymous
The belt packs are not charged. It's a wired intercom system. The bottom of the BP-2000 has a female 3-pin XLR female input (line) connector and 4-pin XLR male headset connector. Power is supplied via the line cable connected to the PC-2000.
