Will this adapter work for Lumix G10 camera body ...

Will this adapter work for Lumix G10 camera body to Sony FE 100-400/4.5-5.6 Lens?
Asked by: OLG
Unfortunately, no, it would not. The KIPON Autofocus Lens Mount Adapter for Sony/Minolta A-Mount Lens to Micro Four Thirds-Mount Camera is designed to connect Sony A-mount lenses or Minolta MAXXUM lenses onto the Micro Four Thirds lens mount. The Sony FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS Lens uses the Sony E-mount lens mount for their mirrorless digital cameras, not the Sony A-mount lens mount for their DSLR/DSLT cameras. There are no adapters designed to connect Sony E-mount mirrorless lenses onto the Micro Four Thirds lens mount.

Hi, will this adapter allow AUTOFOCUS of my Sony 70-400mm G, A-mount on my Lumix G9 body?
Asked by: Gert
No, there is no autofocus operation when you connect Sony A-mount lenses to the KIPON Autofocus Lens Mount Adapter for Sony/Minolta A-Mount Lens to Micro Four Thirds-Mount Camera. There are no electronic communication on the adapter. The autofocus on the tittle of the adapter is on reference of the type of lens is intended for. Sony A-mount (Minolta) autofocus lenses don't have a built in aperture ring for control. The silver ring on the adapter allow aperture control on this lenses.
