The IEM 200 uses standard MMCX connectors and the Sennheiser Twisted-Pair Cable has proprietary connectors. You can use cable like the Westone Audio 64" ES and UM Pro Twisted Replacement Cable with MMCX Connector - Clear (B&H # WERCESUM64C).
