First you get the RF-C20, a reflection filter with four layers of acoustic isolation. This filter reduces room reflections while recording to help you record clear audio.

The included RFMS-580 Reflection Filter Tripod Mic Stand will hold up both the reflection filter and your microphone. The kit also comes with a pop filter to mitigate plosives while recording. When you step away from the mic, hang your headphones on the mic stand with the included clamp-on headphone holder. Lastly, an XLR cable is provided for your microphone.
