The LG 27UL650-W 27" 16:9 4K HDR FreeSync IPS Gaming Monitor does not support the necessary color gamut for photo editing. A screen with AdobeRGB support for color accuracy is required for that type of work.

The stand will need to be removed for any VESA mount to go on it. You can use a 100mm x 1000mm VESA mount with the monitor.
