This 4 x 5.65" Matte Box from Cavision comes with a top flag, a pair of adjustable side flags, a 130 to 85mm rubber step-down ring, a 15mm dual-rod clamp, and a T-part rod mount. The matte box accepts lenses with an outside diameter of up to 130mm. It features one 360° rotation filter stage, one fixed filter stage, one 4 x 4" metal filter tray, and one 4 x 5.65" metal filter tray in the stationary stage.

I use this on my DSLR for independent film and commercial spot production. I think it's great quality for the price but there are a few things to watch out for. for starters let's take the cons, there is a gap between the 2 filter stages that looks to be the result of poor construction. If you press on the stages you can get the gap to disappear but it can open up again during use. The rotating stage also does not line up properly with the front of the mattebox meaning a graduated filter won't properly line up with the horizon. Another thing I didn't like about it is the thumb screw for the side flaps has to be tightened with a pair of pliers because you can't get it tight enough by hand to hold the flaps in place. the pro's: aside from what I meantioned above it's a pretty solidly built mattebox and looks like it will stand up to a lot of abuse.
works great with eos 5D mark II and cavision shoulder support, but it seems a bit fragile compared to other Matte boxes we use like petroff and redrock. The actual product we received is different from that picture above, the top french flag didn't come with the package and the part that attach the matte box to the support rig is missing or not mentioned in the description.
