The 1SKB-RE-SQ5 Steel Rack Ears for Allen and Heath SQ5 Mixer from SKB are designed specially to fit the Allen & Heath mixer into a 1SKB-R100 or the 1SKB19-R1208 GigRig. The rack ears will allow the mixer to sit lower into the case, which enables the user to mount an optional 1SKB-AV8 and still fit the lid on without bumping the top of the mixer. In addition, the rack ears come with screws and washers for easy mounting.

It is simple and works as expected, but I'm knocking a star because of the crazy price. Should be half that price.

Works as advertised. I used this to install an SQ-5 into an SKB Mighty Gig Rig. Note that due to the dimensions of the SQ-5, the SKB laptop tray will no longer fit over the SQ-5 in a Mighty Gig Rig.
